We sell jewelry products via a dropshipping model. While we take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate: Product colours, finishes, and sizes may vary slightly due to lighting, screen displays, or manufacturing differences.All measurements are approximate. Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time.

Dropshipping & Fulfilment

We do not hold physical inventory. Orders are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, primarily located in the United States. As a result

  • Orders may ship directly from overseas suppliers

  • Delivery times are estimates only, not guarantees.

  • Multiple items in one order may arrive separately, by placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.We reserve the right to:

  • Change prices at any time

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Cancel orders placed with incorrect pricing

Payment must be made in full at checkout using the available payment methods. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of jewellery products, we only accept returns if an item is damaged or incorrect.To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Proof of damage or incorrect item (photos) is required

  • Items must be unused and in original condition where possible

  • We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

Normal wear and tearIf approved, we will offer either: A replacement, or refund to the original payment method

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed by our supplier. Once an order has entered fulfilment, cancellation is not possible.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and branding — is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question
