This Returns & Refunds Policy explains your rights and our obligations when you purchase jewellery from our website.

We operate as a dropshipping business, and our products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, including Modalyst partners.

Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, for any reason, provided the items meet the return conditions outlined below.

The 14-day cancellation period starts from the day you receive your order.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing by email at

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Items must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Because we sell jewellery, we cannot accept returns of items that show signs of use for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the item is faulty.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at contact@luxetrinetshop.com within 14 days of receiving your order

  2. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address

  3. Securely package and return the item as instructed

⚠️ Do not return items without contacting us first, as returns sent to the wrong address may not be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when cancelling an order under the 14-day cooling-off period

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item

If the item is faulty or not as described, you will receive a full refund, including standard delivery costs, in line with UK law.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.

If you receive an item that is:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

Please contact us at contact@luxetrinketshop.com within 30 days of receiving your order, including clear photos of the issue.

You will be entitled to a replacement or full refund, and we will cover any reasonable return shipping costs.
